Our Location
Located on the waterfront of Head Lake, Hook Line & Sinker offers breathtaking views of the lake and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere that is perfect for any occasion. Guests are served in our open-concept seating area and bar that flows into outdoor waterfront patio seasonally. From our live-edge community table, to our cozy fireplace, and unique canoe lights, we work to bring a modern cottage feel to your dining experience in Haliburton.
Our Story
Amid the changing times leading into 2021, a period of transition that touched everyone, we found ourselves similarly affected. As we sat pondering our next move, an opportunity caught our eye in Haliburton, a town we had grown to love over the years. A beautiful location by the water where we could bring our dream to light; it was decided — we were all in, 'Hook, Line & Sinker,' and haven't looked back since!
Here at Hook, Line & Sinker, we aim to encapsulate what 'good mood food' is through the process in which the dish is created and brought to you, to the smile and full stomach each guest, we hope, leaves with.
A restaurant, to us, offers more than just the meal itself. It's the atmosphere and the memories created with the people you went there with. We look to be the location where you can laugh, enjoy a drink, spend that time with the people you care about, and be the fond memory that keeps you coming back. We are passionate about bringing people together over delicious, quality food, with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
